Individual Counseling
People seek psychotherapy or counseling for a variety of reasons. Perhaps you're struggling with feeling depressed, anxious or stressed out. Maybe you're facing challenges in your relationships or in your career. Or possibly you're going through a transition in your life that leaves you wondering, “what’s next?” You may be seeking to heal from past experiences that continue to affect you today. Or perhaps you feel like something is missing in your life.
Maybe you feel like you're stuck, unsure how to move forward given life's current challenges. Psychotherapy offers you the opportunity step outside of your daily life. My role as your counselor is to provide a safe and supported place for you to work through the issues you're facing. I won't give you advice. I will offer my perspective based on my professional training and experience. I'll help you uncover any patterns and blocks that keep you stuck and then support you in healing, expanding and growing. We'll work together so you can develop new ways to succcesfully deal with stress, change, conflict, painful emotions, and relationships.
My approach to therapy is grounded in the present what are the issues you're
facing today? As needed, we may explore the past what contributes to your current
challenges? We also look toward the future where do you want to be at the end of
our work together?
