First Appointment

During our first session, it's helpful for me to understand what is bringing you to therapy right now. You may also have questions for me about therapy or about my approach so you can decide if my services are a good fit for you. To help make the most of our first session together, please download and print the following documents:

Please fill out the intake form and bring it to the session.
Please review my disclosure statement and bring a copy to
the session along with any questions you might have about it.

Fees

Standard 50-minute session: $85
Extended 75-minute session: $130

Payment in full by cash or check is due at each session. If you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance company, I can work with you to determine what your plan covers for out-of-network providers.

When we schedule an appointment, I commit to holding that time for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. For cancellations of less than 24-hours' notice or missed appointments, you will be charged the full session fee. If you arrive late for the start of the session, we will still end at the scheduled time.

Location

My office is located in Bellevue at 1611 - 116th Ave NE, in Campus Office Park, which is north of Overlake Hospital about 1/3 mile. Map and Directions

The main entrance is located in the middle of the building. When you enter, the lobby waiting area is to the left. When you arrive for your appointment, please have a seat in the waiting area, and I will come out to greet you at your scheduled time.
